Grade 5 Titanium Tubes: Premier Choice for Industries in Extreme Corrosive Environments:
At Daxun, we ensure the utmost quality through rigorous tests such as flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance, mechanical testing, hardness assessment, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These stringent procedures guarantee that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Seamless Pipe meet the highest standards. We meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface quality during production. Standard delivery is 5-7 days, with special sizes taking 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy, renowned for its exceptional strength and toughness. It possesses excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a leading manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy provides premium-grade Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, acclaimed by numerous prestigious projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) dominates the titanium alloy tubes market, making up over 50% of titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates efficiently up to 400°C (750°F). Welded with matching or ELI filler wire, Ti 6Al/4V outperforms commercial pure titanium tubes in strength, stiffness, and thermal properties. Although its thermal conductivity is about 60% lower than CP titanium, it offers the advantage of heat treatment for enhanced strength and performance. Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes are favored for their formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade represents the epitome of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. It is thus extensively used in military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor, ship equipment, and military vacuum equipment. The closely related 6-4 ELI is also employed in surgical implants. Typically functional up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. Known for its specific strength, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube offers a versatile range of properties from -210°C to 400°C. Combining high strength and toughness, Grade 5 titanium alloy tube is the most commercialized of all titanium alloys, with excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are expertly crafted in the form of hot-rolled or hot-extruded varieties, meticulously straightened, with precisely machined inside and outside diameters, and a polished surface finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, these titanium tubes are subject to comprehensive ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure the highest quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Featuring an outer diameter range from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spanning from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths reaching up to 5000mm (customized as per agreement between manufacturer and customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: With an outer diameter from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness of 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customized per manufacturer and customer agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are meticulously heat-treated, surface-etched, and rigorously hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested to meet stringent manufacturing specifications. Tube specifications include outer diameters from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses between 0.5mm and 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customized as agreed upon by manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies premium titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Engineered for the engineering and chemical industries, these pipes are available in electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys. Crafted from flat rolled raw material through automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and mill line heat treatment, the finished titanium welded pipes undergo extensive mechanical testing, geometric measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Finished pipes are packed to customer specifications. Our rigorous manufacturing and inspection processes ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
