Grade 5 titanium tubes are utilized extensively in industries where extreme corrosive conditions prevail, including:
Daxun conducts a series of stringent quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance, mechanical, hardness, positive material identification, and expansion tests. These rigorous evaluations ensure that Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Seamless Pipe meet the exacting standards required for their applications. During production, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface quality. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special sizes delivered in 15-20 days.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially prevalent titanium alloy, known for its high strength and toughness. It also boasts excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell various forms of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless, Forged Seamless, and Welded Tubes.
As China's leading titanium alloy tube manufacturer, Daxun Alloy delivers high-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, receiving acclaim from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most utilized titanium alloy, accounting for over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically annealed, it operates up to 400°C (750°F) and is welded using matching or ELI filler wire. It offers significantly higher strength and better stiffness than commercially pure titanium tubes, although it has about 60% lower thermal conductivity. It is heat treatable for enhanced strength and performance. The advantages include robust formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
This grade perfectly balances strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. It's extensively used in military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and more. Close variants like 6-4 ELI are used in surgical implants. Used in applications up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness in cold conditions. Typically annealed, it is easy to heat treat for increased strength across various applications. Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube's wide-ranging properties make it ideal at temperatures between -210°C to 400°C. It combines high strength and toughness, with excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These premium titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. They are then straightened, with precision machining applied to both the inside and outside diameters, followed by an impeccable surface polishing. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated variants, our tubes are subject to 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unmatched reliability and performance.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (specifics to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (specifics to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically, or ultrasonically tested forms, tailored to meet diverse manufacturing specifications. Supplied Tubes: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (terms to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes ranging from diameters of 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), with wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in). With lengths extending up to 25000mm, we cater to the engineering and chemical industries with Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes. Our titanium welded pipes are produced from flat rolled raw materials using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and are heat treated onsite. Each pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaging conforms to customer specifications. Our manufacturing and inspection processes ensure our thin wall welded pipes adhere to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
