Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes come in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms. They are precision-straightened, with meticulously machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure unmatched quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, lengths up to 5000mm (determined by manufacturer and customer agreement). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, lengths up to 3000mm (determined by manufacturer and customer agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched forms, and undergo hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as per manufacturing specifications. Tube dimensions: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, lengths up to 6000mm (determined by manufacturer and customer agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in), and lengths up to 25000mm. These pipes are crafted from flat-rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, followed by in-line heat treatment. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing to meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards before being packaged to customer specifications.

Titanium Grade 9, often hailed as 'half 6-4,' is a masterful alloy of titanium fused with 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. This combination propels its mechanical strength 20 to 50% beyond that of thecommercially pure (CP)titanium grades, while maintaining superior formability and weldability compared to Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).

Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in every aspect, with the pivotal addition of 0.04 - 0.08% palladium enhancing its corrosion resistance. Both Titanium Grades 9 and 18 boast a density of 4.48 g/cc, making them substantially lighter than steel at less than 60% of its weight.
