Titanium Grade 7 (0.8NI-0.3MO) is a commercially pure wrought Titanium alloy. It exhibits extraordinary strength at elevated temperatures, unmatched weldability, and superior crevice corrosion resistance. This material shares similarities with Titanium Grades 2 and 3 but benefits from the addition of molybdenum and nickel, which significantly enhances its corrosion resistance. Grade 7's versatility in being hot or cold formed using methods such as press brake forming, hydropress forming, stretch forming, or drop hammer method, makes it invaluable in numerous industrial applications.

Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. These tubes are straightened and machined to precise inner and outer diameters, with a meticulously polished surface. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thicknesses from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are provided in heat-treated forms, surface-etched, and tested either hydrostatically or ultrasonically as per manufacturing specifications. Available Tubes:- Outer Diameter (OD) from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing titanium welded pipes with diameters starting from 100 mm, wall thicknesses between 0.4 to 1.65 mm, and lengths up to 25000 mm. These pipes, made from flat rolled raw material through automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, are heat-treated on the mill line. They undergo comprehensive mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, and hydrostatic testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Custom packing is available as per client specifications.
