Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes come in exceptional quality, crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extruding processes. Each tube is meticulously straightened, with both inside and outside diameters precisely machined, and the surface polished to perfection. We offer these tubes in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, ensuring versatility for all applications. Additionally, our company boasts 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, guaranteeing the highest standard of product integrity.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Featuring outer diameters ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thicknesses from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customizable per manufacturer and customer agreements). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: With outer diameters from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customizable per manufacturer and customer agreements).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated forms, with surface-etched finishes, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing depending on manufacturing specifications. Tube dimensions include outer diameters from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customizable per manufacturer and customer agreements).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing titanium welded pipes, offering diameters from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Specializing in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes, our products serve the engineering and chemical industries with precision. Fabrication involves flat rolled raw materials welded using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, followed by heat treatment. Each pipe undergoes comprehensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, plus pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Pipes are meticulously packed according to customer specifications. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing and rigorous inspection processes ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards for thin-wall welded pipes.
