Advanced Production

Titanium Grade 2 Plates come in cold-rolled thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm and are available in hot-rolled or heat-treated conditions. Hot-rolled plates are produced in thicknesses from 4.76 mm to 155 mm via longitudinal and transverse rolling. For special requirements, creep flattening can be applied as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet specific flatness standards. These plates can be supplied in cut blank forms, with further processing tailored to customer specifications, whether mechanical or chemical.
