Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are available in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, meticulously straightened, with both inside and outside diameters machined to perfection, and surfaces polished to a radiant finish. We offer these titanium tubes in either heat-treated or non-heat-treated variants, showcasing our 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities to ensure top-notch quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (custom agreements between the manufacturer and the customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (custom agreements between the manufacturer and the customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are provided heat-treated, surface-etched, and subjected to hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing, based on specification requirements. Tubes Supplied: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (custom agreements between the manufacturer and the customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. These pipes are made from flat-rolled raw materials using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat-treated on the mill line. Finished pipes undergo rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, pneumatic or hydrostatic testing, and are packed as per customer specifications. Our manufacturing processes and inspection equipment ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
Ideal for aircraft applications where strength and lightweight are critical. Ti-3Al-2.5V, known for its superior malleability over Ti-6-4, excels in hydraulic systems and can be cold worked or supplied in an annealed condition. Other notable applications include bicycle and wheelchair frames.

Titanium Grade 9, often referred to as 'half 6-4,' is a remarkable alloy comprised of 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. This unique composition delivers an impressive 20 to 50% enhancement in mechanical strength compared to commercially pure titanium grades.commercially pure (CP)titanium grades. Despite its increased strength, it remains more formable and weldable than Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), striking an ideal balance of performance and versatility.
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in virtually every aspect, with the significant addition of 0.04 - 0.08% palladium. This small but impactful adjustment substantially enhances the alloy's corrosion resistance. Both Titanium Grades 9 and 18 boast a density of 4.48 g/cc, making them significantly lighter than steel-less than 60% its density.
Renowned for its admirable corrosion resistance, this alloy thrives in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including those with chlorides. The addition of palladium in Grade 18 further elevates its corrosion resistance, withstanding oxidation up to temperatures of 600°F (316°C).
