Advanced Production

Titanium Grade 2 Plates are offered in cold rolled thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and in hot rolled or heat-treated conditions from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. The plates are produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling, and if needed, creep flattening can be employed as a heat treatment to alleviate internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements. Plates are available in cut blank form, accommodating parts with intricate shapes derived from a parent plate. Further processing, whether mechanical or chemical, is tailored to the customer's specific requirements.
