Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These premium tubes are meticulously supplied in forms such as hot-rolled or hot-extruded. They are straightened, machined both inside and outside diameters, and surface polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes come with 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spans 9mm to 30mm, and lengths go up to 5000mm. Specifications can be customized in agreement between manufacturer and customer. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness spans 7mm to 35mm, and lengths go up to 3000mm. Specifications are customizable on a case-by-case basis.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically tested, or ultrasonically tested forms, adhering to stringent manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm. Specifications can be customized as per mutual agreement.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000mm. We offer Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes tailored for engineering and chemical industries. Our precision-welded pipes, made from flat-rolled raw material via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, undergo rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing. They are meticulously packed per customer specifications and comply with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.

The Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy can be expertly machined with slow speeds, the right amount of coolant flow, and high feed rates. For optimal tooling, employ high-speed tools, specifically tungsten carbide types C1-C4 or cobalt-based tools.
The versatile Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy can be excellently hot or cold formed.
The weldability of Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy is universally recognized as excellent.
For annealing Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy, heat the material to 732-816°C (1350-1500°F), maintain this temperature for 2 hours, then allow it to air cool. For intermediate stress relieving, heat the material to 538-649°C (1000-1200°F), hold for 1 hour, followed by air cooling.
Initiate rough forging at 871°C (1600°F) and complete the process at 788-843°C (1450-1550°F).
Hot working significantly enhances the material's overall ductility.
The cold working properties of this material are comparable to those of austenitic stainless steel. Post-work annealing is advisable to restore its favorable performance attributes.
