Our hot-finished titanium tubes are available in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, ensuring precision with straightened, machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. You can choose between heat-treated or non-heat-treated options. To guarantee quality, every tube undergoes comprehensive ultrasonic flaw detection.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: These impressive tubes feature outer diameters ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thicknesses from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. Specifications can be customized as per mutual agreement. Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Choose from outer diameters of 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses of 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm. Again, customization is available based on manufacturer and customer agreements.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
