Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes, ensuring precision in straightening, machining of both inside and outside diameters, and surface polishing. These tubes are available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms. Moreover, our state-of-the-art facilities boast 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, guaranteeing the highest quality standards.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness varies between 9mm and 30mm, and lengths can reach up to 5000mm, subject to agreement between the manufacturer and the customer. Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness between 7mm and 35mm, and lengths extending up to 3000mm, customizable upon mutual agreement.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested forms, tailored to the specific requirements of the manufacturing specifications. We offer tubes with OD ranging from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, all subject to agreement between the manufacturer and the customer.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun takes pride in manufacturing premium titanium welded pipes, available in diameters from 100 mm, 12.7 to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness ranging from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000 mm. We offer electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes for engineering and chemical industries. These pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material through automated tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and are heat-treated inline. Final products undergo rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, comprehensive ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaging is customized as per customer specifications.
