Advanced Production

Titanium Grade 2 Plates are available in cold-rolled thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm and are supplied in hot-rolled or heat-treated conditions. Hot-rolled thicknesses range from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. Production involves longitudinal and transverse rolling, and plates can be provided in cut blank form, allowing for complex geometric shapes to be cut from a parent plate. Further processing is customized to the customer's requirements, which can include mechanical or chemical treatments. Creep flattening can also be employed as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet specific flatness requirements.
