1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: These plates are meticulously produced through a sophisticated plate rolling process, with the final step being cold rolling. They are available in work-hardened or heat-treated conditions. Depending on customer specifications, further processing can involve advanced mechanical or chemical treatments, ensuring each sheet meets the highest industry standards. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Crafted through longitudinal or longitudinal and transverse rolling, these plates range in thickness from 3.0mm to 155mm and are provided in heat-treated conditions. If required, creep flattening is employed as heat treatment to eliminate internal stress and meet specific flatness specifications. Plates can be supplied as precisely cut blanks, accommodating complex shapes and designs. Additional processing can be tailored to meet customer demands.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Produced by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press followed by rolling, or through open die forging alone, or combined with rolling. Standard slab dimensions include thickness up to 580 mm, width up to 2000 mm, and length up to 6000 mm. The specific dimensions and weight of the forged plates are customizable and agreed upon between the manufacturer and the client, ensuring bespoke solutions for diverse needs.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of top-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate excels in ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Known for its outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium resists oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. With its low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), superior strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance, it is an excellent choice for various harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, featuring good cold formability, exceptional corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and good impact hardness.
We are ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate Producers, offering Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Grade 1 Coil, Pure Titanium Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, ASTM B265 Gr 1 Sheets, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. DAXUN is your trusted source for Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates in China.
Grade 2
DAXUN manufactures and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Renowned as the "workhorse" of commercially pure titanium, Grade 2 combines high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for various industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate, a commercially pure titanium plate, offers an optimal balance of strength and ductility. It features good impact strength, easy weldability, and excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. With exceptional resistance to seawater and salt solutions, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is perfect for numerous applications.
Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it an ideal material for a wide range of applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the go-to alloy for most industrial applications demanding excellent ductility and corrosion resistance.
