At Daxun, we conduct a rigorous array of quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, expansion tests, and more. These stringent tests ensure our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet all required standards. Diameter, thickness, and surface measurements are meticulously taken during production. Our standard delivery time ranges from 5-7 days, with special size products delivered within 15-20 days.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube, the softest and most ductile form of titanium, excels in cold forming and boasts outstanding corrosion resistance. It is also known for exceptional welding properties and high impact toughness.
Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 1 Tube stands out for its softness and ductility, offering excellent formability. This Grade 1 Titanium Tube is extensively used in maritime and chemical industries where parts endure extremely harsh conditions. With an ultimate tensile strength of 35 KSI min (240 MPa min) and yield strength ranging from 25 - 45 KSI (170 - 310 MPa), it is also known as TA1, Titan Grade 1, and Gr 1. This non-alloyed, low-strength titanium tube, with low oxygen concentration, excels in formability and is perfect for chemical industry applications, heat exchangers, and desalination facilities.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is ideal for manufacturing exhaust systems, charge air pipes, and water pipes. We offer tubes with a thickness equivalent to 1.2 mm and diameters ranging from 51 mm to 102 mm, the most common sizes for exhaust systems. This ensures stability and strength even at higher exhaust gas temperatures.
Daxun certifies and tests titanium alloy tubes according to ASME SB/ASTM B861 and B862 standards. Our comprehensive tests include hardness, hydrostatic, eddy current, ultrasonic defect identification, tensile, flattening, expansion, annealing, tempering, and stress relief, ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are meticulously crafted through a process of hot-rolling or hot-extrusion, ensuring they are straightened, machined to precise internal and external diameters, and polished to a smooth finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to guarantee impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameters range from 19mm to 325mm, with wall thicknesses spanning 9mm to 30mm, and lengths reaching up to 5000mm (subject to agreement between manufacturer and customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameters from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (subject to agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are expertly supplied in heat-treated conditions. They feature surface etching, and thorough testing options such as hydrostatic and ultrasonic testing, per manufacturing specifications. Available Dimensions: Outer Diameters from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun proudly manufactures and supplies premium titanium pipes in diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), with wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000mm. We offer Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes for engineering and chemical industries. Our pipes are produced from flat rolled materials via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and are heat-treated inline. Finished pipes undergo stringent mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, comprehensive 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Each pipe is meticulously packed according to customer specifications. Our advanced manufacturing processes and inspection equipment ensure compliance with ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards for superior thin-walled welded pipes.
