Grade 5 titanium tubes are extensively utilized in the following industries, particularly under extreme corrosive conditions:
At Daxun, we conduct rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These comprehensive tests ensure our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet all application requirements. Throughout production, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface quality of our products. Standard delivery time is typically 5-7 days, with special size products taking 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy. It offers exceptional strength and toughness, along with excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell various forms of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless, Forged Seamless, and Welded Tubes.
As a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers high-quality Grade 5 titanium tubes globally, earning accolades from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely adopted titanium alloy, accounting for over half of all titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it withstands temperatures up to 400°C (750°F) and is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. This alloy provides significantly higher strength compared to commercially pure titanium tubes while offering better stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The thermal conductivity of Grade 5 titanium tube is about 60% lower than that of CP titanium. Notably, it is heat treatable, allowing for optimal strength and performance. The advantages of Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes include excellent formability, low density, and superior corrosion resistance.
Grade 5 titanium offers an ideal blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it suitable for a wide array of applications including military aircraft, aerospace components, precision-guided systems, armor, naval equipment, military vacuum apparatus, and more. The closely related 6-4ELI variant is also used in surgical implants. Typically utilized in environments up to 400°C, it delivers improved ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. With excellent specific strength, it is usually provided in an annealed state and can be heat treated to enhance strength for diverse applications. Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tubes exhibit a broad spectrum of desirable properties across temperatures from -210°C to 400°C, combining high strength, toughness, and superior welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These exceptional titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. They are then precision-straightened, finely machined both inside and out, and polished to a high sheen. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes are subject to rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. Specifications can be customized through agreements between the manufacturer and the customer. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD between 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm. Custom specifications available upon mutual agreement.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are expertly treated, etched, and tested to meet stringent manufacturing requirements. They can be supplied in heat-treated or non-heat-treated forms, with rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing. Specifications: Outer Diameter (OD) 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness between 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, customizable as per mutual agreement.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in producing high-quality titanium pipes with diameters from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness ranging from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our titanium alloy pipes, available in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12, cater to the engineering and chemical industries. These pipes are manufactured using advanced automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat-treated in-line. Subjected to mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing, our pipes meet the highest standards of ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338. Custom packaging available as per customer specifications.
