Titanium Grade 7 (0.8NI-0.3MO) is a commercially pure, wrought titanium alloy. It excels in strength at high temperatures, weldability, and crevice corrosion resistance. This material is akin to Titanium Grades 2 and 3, but the integration of molybdenum and nickel boosts its corrosion resistance. Grade 7 is versatile in forming methods, including press brake forming, hydropress forming, stretch forming, and drop hammer methods. This versatility makes it suitable for a plethora of applications.

Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These premium tubes are supplied in the form of hot-rolled or hot-extruded, meticulously straightened, with machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. Titanium tubes are available in heat-treated or non-heat-treated forms. Our company boasts 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, ensuring the highest quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths extending up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths reaching up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are supplied in heat-treated forms with surface-etched finishes. They undergo hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing, based on manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters starting from 100 mm, wall thickness ranging from 0.4 to 1.65 mm, and lengths up to 25000 mm. Electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr7 titanium alloy pipes cater to engineering and chemical industries. Titanium welded pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas welding and are heat-treated on the mill line. Finished pipes undergo rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards. Pipes are meticulously packed according to customer specifications.
