Grade 5 titanium tubes are extensively employed in various industries, especially where extreme corrosive conditions prevail:
Daxun conducts rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening tests, flaring tests, ultrasonic flaw detection tests, pitting and resistance tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that both Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipe materials meet the required specifications. Throughout the production process, we meticulously measure product diameter, thickness, and surface. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, while special size products are delivered within 15-20 days.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially popular of all titanium alloys. It combines exceptional strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a premier manufacturer and supplier of titanium alloy tubes, Daxun Alloy delivers top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning high acclaim across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) stands out as the most widely utilized titanium alloy tube, representing over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates efficiently up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is weldable with matching or ELI filler wire, offering significantly higher strength than commercial pure titanium tubes, while also providing superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The thermal conductivity of Grade 5 titanium tube is approximately 60% lower than CP titanium. Notably, it is heat treatable, enhancing its strength and performance. The seamless tubes offer impressive formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
Titanium Alloy Grade 5 is the epitome of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it indispensable in a myriad of high-stakes industries. From military aircraft and aviation to rocket components, precision-guided devices, armored parts, ship equipment, and military vacuum systems, this versatile alloy excels. Its close variant, 6-4ELI, is a trusted choice for surgical implants. With applications extending up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness even under cold working conditions. Renowned for its excellent specific strength, it is typically supplied in an annealed state but can be heat-treated to boost its robustness across various uses. Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube, a general-purpose alloy, showcases ideal properties across a temperature range of -210°C to 400°C. As the most commercialized titanium alloy, Grade 5 titanium alloy tube stands out with its high strength, toughness, and superior welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. Each tube is straightened and precision-machined to deliver perfectly polished surfaces inside and out. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated versions, our tubes undergo rigorous ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure their impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 19mm to 325mm, with wall thicknesses of 9mm to 30mm and lengths up to 5000mm. Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, with wall thicknesses of 7mm to 35mm and lengths up to 3000mm. Lengths are customizable to meet specific customer requirements.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes come heat-treated, surface-etched, and rigorously tested via hydrostatic or ultrasonic methods to ensure adherence to manufacturing specifications. Tube dimensions include OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, customizable per client needs.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in producing titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to an impressive 25000 mm. Our Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes are meticulously manufactured for the engineering and chemical industries. Utilizing flat-rolled raw materials, pipes are welded via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat treated in-line. Each pipe undergoes comprehensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Finished pipes are packaged according to customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
