1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: This premium plate is meticulously crafted through plate rolling, with the final stage being cold rolling. Available in work-hardened or heat-treated conditions, these sheets can undergo further mechanical or chemical processing based on specific customer requirements. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Produced via longitudinal rolling or a combination of longitudinal and transverse rolling, these plates range from 3.0mm to 155mm in thickness and are supplied in a heat-treated state. Creep flattening can be employed as a heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring special flatness requirements are met. These sheets can be delivered as cut blanks, tailored into complex shapes from the parent metal. Further processing is customized to the client's needs.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Manufactured by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press followed by rolling, or through open die forging and subsequent rolling, our forged plates come in standard dimensions: up to 580 mm in thickness, 2000 mm in width, and 6000 mm in length. The exact dimensions and weight are customizable, determined through mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the client.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of premium Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plates offer exceptional ductility and cold formability, making them ideal for deep drawing processes. Known for their outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, they excel in various oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. With a low density of about half that of nickel-based alloys, Grade 1 titanium boasts a high strength-to-weight ratio and superior corrosion resistance, making it perfect for harsh chemical conditions. It's the softest and most ductile of commercially pure titanium, offering excellent weldability and good impact hardness.
We are manufacturers and suppliers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, including sheets, finished plates, coils, hot rolled plates, cold rolled plates, patterned plates, perforated plates, and more. Discover the finest Grade 1 titanium products in China.
Grade 2
DAXUN specializes in producing and stocking commercially pure titanium plates of Grade 2 (UNS R50400), available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the go-to material in the commercially pure titanium category, combining high strength, ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium offering an excellent balance of strength and ductility. It features good impact strength, weldability, and corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. With excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions, it's a top choice for many industrial needs.
Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it an ideal material for various applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is ideal for most industrial applications requiring good ductility and corrosion resistance.
