These exceptional titanium tubes are supplied in hot-rolled or hot-extruded form, expertly straightened, with machined internal and external diameters, and meticulously polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, each tube undergoes 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure top-tier quality and performance.

Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spans 9mm to 30mm, and lengths can reach up to 5000mm (custom agreements between manufacturer and customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (custom agreements between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are offered in heat-treated state, surface-etched, and rigorously hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested to meet stringent manufacturing specifications. Available Sizes: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (custom agreements between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun expertly manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in), and lengths up to 25000mm for various engineering and chemical industries. These pipes, made from flat rolled material via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, are rigorously heat-treated and undergo detailed mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, and eddy current testing. To anneal grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy, heat the material to 732-816°C (1350-1500°F), maintain it for 2 hours, and then air cool. For intermediate stress relieving, heat to 538-649°C (1000-1200°F) and hold for 1 hour before air cooling.
Begin rough forging at 871°C (1600°F) and complete the process at 788-843°C (1450-1550°F) to ensure optimal results.
Hot working significantly enhances the ductility and overall workability of the material, making it suitable for various applications.
Cold working characteristics are similar to those of austenitic stainless steel. Post-work annealing is advisable to restore optimal performance properties.
