Advanced Production

Grade 1 Titanium Plates are available in cold-rolled thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm and hot-rolled thicknesses from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. Supplied in hot rolled or heat-treated conditions, they are produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. When required, creep flattening can be employed to relieve internal stresses and achieve specific flatness standards. Plates can also be supplied as cut blanks, customized to complex shapes as per customer needs, with further processing options available both mechanically and chemically.
