Our exceptional hot-finished titanium tubes are supplied in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, straightened to perfection, with machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, these tubes come with 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring superior quality and reliability.

Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (customized per manufacturer and customer agreement); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (customized per manufacturer and customer agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are meticulously heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically, or ultrasonically tested to meet stringent manufacturing specifications. Supplied dimensions: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (customized per manufacturer and customer agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing titanium pipes with diameters from 12.7 to 38.1 mm (0.47 to 1.5 inches), wall thickness ranging from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 to 0.065 inches, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000 mm. These pipes, suitable for engineering and chemical industries, are available in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys. Our process involves automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and subsequent heat treatment. Each pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing to ensure conformity to ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards. Customized packaging is available.

Titanium Grade 9 is often referred to as 'half 6-4'. This exceptional titanium alloy, comprising 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium, offers a dramatic 20 to 50% increase in mechanical strength compared tocommercially pure (CP)titanium grades. It surpasses Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) in formability and weldability, making it a versatile choice for demanding applications.
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in every aspect, with the notable addition of 0.04 - 0.08% palladium, enhancing its corrosion resistance. Both Titanium Grades 9 and 18 have a density of 4.48 g/cc, making them lighter than steel by over 40%.
This remarkable material offers excellent corrosion resistance in oxidising, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. With palladium, Titanium Grade 18 provides superior corrosion resistance and withstands oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
