Grade 5 titanium tubes are extensively employed in the following sectors, especially under harsh corrosive environments:
Daxun carries out extensive quality assurance tests, including flattening tests, flaring tests, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipes and Grade 1 Titanium Seamless Pipes meet stringent application requirements. During production, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface quality of our tubes. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size products requiring 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes are the most commercially popular of all Titanium alloys, offering exceptional strength and toughness. Grade 5 Titanium alloy is known for its excellent welding and processing capabilities:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, etc.
As a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers high-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning accolades across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used titanium alloy, making up over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire and boasts significantly higher strength compared to commercial pure titanium tubes, alongside better stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The alloy's thermal conductivity is about 60% lower than CP titanium. Heat treatment enhances its already excellent formability, low density, and superior corrosion resistance.
This grade perfectly balances strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it ideal for applications in military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and more. The closely related 6-4ELI version is used in surgical implants. Generally supplied in the annealed state, it suits applications up to 400°C, enhancing ductility and toughness under cold working conditions. As a versatile titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tubes offer outstanding properties in temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tubes are the most commercialized of all titanium alloys, combining exceptional strength with toughness and excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-Finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion, straightened to perfection, and machined for precise inside and outside diameters. The surface is polished to a high sheen. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, each tube undergoes rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unmatched reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-Rolled Titanium Tubes: Dimensions ranging from OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness of 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customization available upon mutual agreement). - Hot-Extruded Titanium Tubes: Dimensions ranging from OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness of 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customization available upon mutual agreement).
Cold-Finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-Finished Titanium Tubes are expertly produced in heat-treated forms, with surface-etched finishes. Depending on manufacturing specifications, they undergo hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing. Tubes Supplied: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (customization available upon mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies premium titanium pipes, ranging from diameters of 12.7 to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in) with wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in) and lengths up to 25000 mm. Suitable for engineering and chemical industries, these pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material (kelp) using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and heat treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical testing, precise geometric measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and either pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaging is tailored to customer specifications. Our manufacturing processes and advanced inspection equipment guarantee compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards for thin wall welded pipes.
