Cold Drawn Bright Stainless Steel Rods
Cold-drawn stainless steel rods are meticulously crafted under cold working conditions. They feature a smooth, polished surface, enhancing their aesthetic appeal and functional performance.
Forged Stainless Steel Rod and Bar
Our forged stainless steel rods undergo multiple forging processes to significantly enhance their mechanical properties and provide superior strength.
General Properties
At Daxun Alloys, our extensive network of service centers ensures a ready supply of common bar sizes and alloys. We also offer custom-sized stainless steel bars. For quantities below the factory minimum, we provide a stocking program for prompt and efficient turnaround. Our inventory includes stainless steel round bars ranging from 1/16" to 26" in diameter, available in nearly every grade of stainless steel, including 302, 303, 304/L, 309/S, 310/S, 316/L, 317/L, 321, 321/H, 347, 347H, 410, 416, 420, 440C, 17-4PH, Duplex 2205, and Alloy 20.
Additional Services
Most of our inventory consists of our exclusive processed bar grade: stainless steel round bars, melted to consistent standards to optimize machinability and lower the overall cost of each part. Our advanced stainless steel bar processing machinery enables Daxun Alloys to produce bars to the precise specifications required by our customers.
1. Heat Treatments: Daxun can perform various heat treatments on our stainless steel bars, tailored to the specific chemistry of the metal. 2. Positive Material Identification (PMI): We offer in-house PMI testing or can work with independent laboratories to complete this testing if needed. 3. Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Using high-frequency sound energy, we inspect and measure stainless steel bar products for defect detection, dimensional accuracy, and more.
