1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Cold-rolled titanium plates are meticulously crafted through a precise plate rolling process, where the final rolling step is conducted under cold conditions. These sheets are available in either a work-hardened or heat-treated state, allowing for versatile applications. Depending entirely on customer specifications, additional mechanical or chemical processing can be skillfully performed to meet exact needs. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Expertly produced using both longitudinal and cross-rolling methods, our hot-rolled titanium plates boast impressive thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm. Delivered in a heat-treated condition, these plates can undergo creep flattening to eliminate internal stress and achieve unique flatness standards if required. Available as cut blanks, these complex-shaped parts can be intricately cut from the parent metal and further processed according to customer requirements.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Our forged titanium plates are produced through a sophisticated method involving the forging of steel ingots using a vertical hydraulic press, followed by precise rolling. Alternatively, open die forging or a combination of open die forging and rolling may be employed. Standard slab dimensions include thicknesses up to 580 mm, widths up to 2000 mm, and lengths up to 6000 mm. Both dimensions and weight are customizable, agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer to ensure the perfect fit for your requirements.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys emerges as a leading global titan in the production and supply of top-tier Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plates boast exceptional ductility and cold formability, making them perfect for deep drawing. Renowned for their stellar general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium shows resilience against oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. Thanks to titanium's low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), its high strength-to-weight ratio, and its corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium is an ideal choice for a variety of challenging chemical conditions. As the softest and most ductile commercial grade, Grade 1 titanium offers excellent cold formability, outstanding corrosion resistance, superb weldability, and commendable impact hardness.
We are proud producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates. Our range includes Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, and Perforated Plates. As leading manufacturers in China, we provide high-quality Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates, meeting all your industrial needs.
Grade 2
At DAXUN, we manufacture and stock commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the backbone of the commercially pure titanium family, combining robust strength, ductility, and exceptional corrosion resistance for a wide array of industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate offering an exceptional balance between strength and ductility. It delivers excellent impact strength, is readily weldable, and offers outstanding corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, it provides excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
With its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent corrosion resistance, titanium is an ideal material for a multitude of applications. It effectively withstands stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred alloy for most industrial applications requiring superior ductility and corrosion resistance.
At DAXUN, we are experts in tackling both small and large titanium plate projects. As your reliable partner, we are dedicated to providing top-tier titanium plates and comprehensive technical assistance to help your business thrive. Consider DAXUN not just as a supplier of industrial pure titanium plates and titanium alloy plates, but as your strategic ally in overcoming any challenges and fulfilling your project aspirations.
