Grade 5 titanium tubes are widely used in the following industries under extreme corrosive conditions:
At Jiangsu Daxun Alloy Co., Ltd., we prioritize quality assurance through a series of stringent tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These rigorous tests ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet the exacting demands of various applications. Throughout the production process, we meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface characteristics. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, while special size products are delivered within 15-20 days.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy, renowned for its exceptional strength, toughness, and good welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and supply a variety of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless, Forged Seamless, and Welded Tubes.
As a leading manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy prides itself on delivering top-notch Grade 5 titanium pipes, earning acclaim across numerous projects worldwide.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) stands as the most widely utilized titanium alloy, representing over 50% of the total titanium consumption. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates efficiently up to 400°C (750°F). When welded with matching or ELI filler wire, Ti 6Al/4V boasts significantly higher strength compared to commercial pure titanium tubes, along with superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding conductivity). Despite having about 60% lower thermal conductivity than CP titanium, Grade 5 titanium tube's other properties make it ideal for various high-performance applications, including heat treatments for optimal strength and performance. The seamless tubes offer excellent formability, low density, and outstanding corrosion resistance.
Our Ti6Al4V Titanium Tube exemplifies the pinnacle of engineering excellence, offering an unmatched blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. This versatile alloy is indispensable in a myriad of applications, including military aircraft, aerospace, rocket components, precision-guided systems, armor, naval equipment, and sophisticated military vacuum devices. Furthermore, its variant, 6-4ELI, is revered in the medical field for surgical implants. Designed to perform optimally in temperatures up to 400°C, this alloy enhances ductility and toughness under cold working conditions. Known for its superior specific strength, it is typically supplied in an annealed state and can be easily heat-treated to elevate its strength, making it suitable for diverse applications. As a premier choice among general-purpose titanium alloys, the Ti6Al-4V seamless tube boasts a remarkable performance range from -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tubes are celebrated for their commercialization, balancing exceptional strength with toughness, and are renowned for their outstanding welding and processing capabilities.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These premium titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes, followed by precision straightening and machining of both internal and external diameters. The surfaces are polished to achieve superior finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, these tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, with wall thicknesses spanning 9mm to 30mm, and lengths extending up to 5000mm-all customizable based on specific agreements between the manufacturer and the customer. Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD varies from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm, custom-tailored to meet precise customer specifications.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are expertly provided in heat-treated forms, with surface etching and subjected to stringent hydrostatic or ultrasonic tests as per manufacturing specifications. Available sizes include: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths extending up to 6000mm, all customizable to customer requirements.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in), and lengths up to 25000mm. Available in Electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, these pipes cater to engineering and chemical industries. The titanium welded pipes are produced from flat rolled raw materials using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, followed by in-line heat treatment. Each pipe undergoes comprehensive mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, as well as 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, along with pneumatic or hydrostatic tests. Pipes are packaged according to customer specifications, ensuring adherence to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
