Grade 5 titanium tubes are indispensable in various industries, especially in extreme corrosive environments:
Daxun conducts exhaustive quality assurance tests such as flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance, mechanical, hardness, and material positive identification tests. These ensure that Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Seamless Pipe meet all necessary specifications. Diameter, thickness, and surface are meticulously measured. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special sizes available within 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy, offering high strength, toughness, and excellent welding and processing characteristics.
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a leading titanium alloy tube manufacturer in China, Daxun Alloy supplies premium Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning accolades from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most utilized titanium alloy, representing over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically annealed, it operates up to 400°C (750°F). This alloy offers higher strength, improved stiffness, and superior thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity, which is about 60% lower than CP titanium). It is heat treatable for enhanced strength and performance. Key benefits include formidable formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
Combining strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, Grade 5 titanium tubes are used in military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and surgical implants (6-4ELI). Suitable for applications up to 400°C, it provides improved ductility and toughness in cold conditions. Generally offered in an annealed state, it is easy to heat treat for various applications. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube is the most commercialized, combining high strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are available in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, with straightened, precisely machined inside and outside diameters, and a polished surface finish. These titanium tubes can be supplied in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, and our advanced facility boasts 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (final dimensions to be mutually agreed upon by the manufacturer and the customer). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (final dimensions to be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are meticulously supplied in heat-treated forms, surface-etched, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing per manufacturing specifications. Tube dimensions include: - OD ranging from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (final dimensions to be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun expertly manufactures and supplies high-quality titanium pipes with diameters starting from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000mm. Our titanium welded pipes, ideal for engineering and chemical industries, are crafted from flat rolled raw material (kelp) using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and are heat-treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. We ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, and pack our pipes according to customer specifications, guaranteeing the highest level of quality and satisfaction.
