Advanced Production Techniques

For Grade 1 Titanium Plates, the cold rolled thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and the plates are available in hot rolled or heat treated conditions. The hot rolled thickness spans 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. Additionally, creep flattening can be utilized as a heat treatment to alleviate internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements. The plates can be supplied as cut blanks, offering parts with complex shapes derived from a parent plate.
