Our top-quality hot-finished titanium tubes are available in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms. These tubes are meticulously straightened and machined on both the inside and outside diameters, with a polished surface finish. We offer both heat-treated and non-heat-treated variants, ensuring versatility for various applications. Additionally, our company is equipped with 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, ensuring the highest level of product integrity.

Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customized upon agreement between the manufacturer and the customer). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customized upon agreement between the manufacturer and the customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated forms and feature surface etching. They undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing depending on manufacturing specifications. Specifications: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customized upon agreement between the manufacturer and the customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing and supplying titanium welded pipes with diameters from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in). These pipes come in lengths up to 25000mm. We specialize in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes, ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Our pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and either pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. They are meticulously packed as per customer specifications and comply with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
Our high-strength Ti-3Al-2.5V titanium tubing is essential for aircraft where strength and weight are critical. This alloy is more malleable than Ti-6-4 and is suitable for hydraulic systems. Ti-3Al-2.5V tubing can be cold-worked using standard manufacturing processes or supplied in the annealed condition. Titanium Grade 9, often known as 'half 6-4', is a remarkable titanium alloy combining 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. This unique composition offers a substantial increase in mechanical strength, ranging from 20% to 50% more than commercially pure (CP) titanium grades.commercially pure (CP)titanium grades. It is also more formable and weldable compared to Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), making it a versatile choice for various applications.
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) is nearly identical to Grade 9, with the notable addition of 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to enhance corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 possess a density of 4.48 g/cc, significantly lighter than steel at less than 60% of its density.
This alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of environments, including oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, such as chlorides. With the inclusion of palladium, Titanium Grade 18 offers even greater corrosion resistance. It can withstand oxidation up to temperatures of 600°F (316°C).
