Daxun adheres to rigorous quality assurance protocols, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that both Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet stringent application requirements. During production, dimensions and surface conditions are diligently monitored. Standard delivery is within 5-7 days, with special size products delivered within 15-20 days.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube represents the pinnacle of softness and ductility in titanium, offering excellent cold forming characteristics, superior corrosion resistance, outstanding welding properties, and high impact toughness.
Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 1 Tube stands out as one of the softest and most ductile titanium types, boasting superb formability. Primarily used in maritime and chemical industries, this tube withstands harsh conditions. Its ultimate tensile strength is 35 KSI min (240 MPa min), and the yield strength (0.2% variation) ranges from 25-45 KSI (170-310 MPa). Known by various names such as TA1, Titan Grade 1, and Gr 1, this non-alloyed, low-strength titanium product with low oxygen concentration is ideal for chemical industry applications, heat exchangers, and desalination facilities.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is also perfect for manufacturing exhaust systems, charge air pipes, and water pipes. Available in thicknesses of 1.2 mm and diameters ranging from 51 mm to 102 mm, these tubes provide exceptional stability and strength even at elevated exhaust gas temperatures.
Daxun ensures rigorous certification and testing of titanium alloy tubes per ASME SB/ASTM, B861, and B862 standards. This includes hardness testing, hydrostatic testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic defect identification, tensile testing, flattening, expansion testing, annealing, tempering, stress relief, and more.
