DAXUN takes pride in producing and stocking a comprehensive range of commercially pure titanium plates, including Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 (UNS). These plates come in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 120 mm. Celebrated as the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 plates offer a harmonious blend of high strength, ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance, making them indispensable for numerous industrial applications.
Our Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 titanium plates, known for their commercially pure composition, strike an excellent balance between strength and ductility. They boast superior impact strength and are easily weldable. These plates are highly resistant to corrosion, even in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Furthermore, they exhibit remarkable resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
The Gr5 grade 5 Ti6Al4V titanium plate, a renowned titanium alloy, consists of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This α-β type titanium alloy benefits from aluminum stabilizing the α phase and vanadium stabilizing the β phase. Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V plates are celebrated for their excellent comprehensive performance and superb process capabilities. TC4 titanium alloy delivers exceptional strength at both room and high temperatures, impressive creep resistance, thermal stability, high fatigue performance, and *** growth resistance in seawater. It also offers satisfactory fracture toughness and resistance to hot salt stress corrosion, along with superior process plasticity and superplasticity, making it ideal for various processing and welding methods.

DAXUN stocks alloy titanium plates (Grade 5 - UNS R56400) ranging from 0.5mm to 300mm in thickness. Specifically, 0.5mm-6.0mm plates are cold rolled, 6.0-50mm plates are hot rolled, and plates 50mm and above are forged. Renowned as the 'workhorse' of titanium alloys, Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) boasts high strength, ductility, excellent corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, making it ideal for both general and military applications. Our products comply with various standards including ASTM, ASME, AMS, GB, GJB, MIL, JIS, and EN.
The Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium plate is extensively utilized in aerospace, military, power industries, vehicle armor, precision rocket guidance systems, and marine sectors due to its superior performance.
Grade 1
DAXUN Alloys is recognized globally as a leading producer and supplier of high-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Renowned for its exceptional ductility and cold formability, Pure Grade 1 titanium plate is optimal for deep drawing. Grade 1 titanium offers excellent resistance to general and seawater corrosion, as well as resistance to oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. Its low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio, and robust corrosion resistance make it a superior choice for harsh chemical environments. As the softest and most ductile commercially pure titanium, Grade 1 offers excellent cold formability, outstanding corrosion resistance, weldability, and good impact hardness.
DAXUN is a premier manufacturer and supplier of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates. We provide Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Pure Titanium Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and various sheet and plate configurations, all produced to meet the highest standards.
Grade 2
DAXUN fabricates and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400), available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is a reliable 'workhorse' in the family of commercially pure titanium, offering high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for diverse industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate with an excellent balance of strength and ductility. It offers good impact strength, easy weldability, and robust corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, it provides excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
With a low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and superior corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for many applications. It resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred choice for industrial applications needing good ductility and corrosion resistance.
