1. Cold-rolled Titanium Plate: Our cold-rolled titanium plates are meticulously crafted through a plate rolling process, culminating in a precise cold rolling final step. These sheets are available in either a work-hardened or heat-treated state, tailored to the customer's preferences. Further processing, whether mechanical or chemical, is customized to meet your specific requirements. 2. Hot-rolled Titanium Plate: Expertly produced using longitudinal rolling or a combination of longitudinal and transverse rolling, our hot-rolled titanium plates range from 3.0mm to 155mm in thickness. Delivered in a heat-treated condition, these plates can undergo creep flattening for internal stress elimination and special flatness needs. They can be supplied as cut blanks, allowing for intricate shapes cut from the parent metal, with further processing customized to your requirements.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Our forged titanium plates are produced by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press, followed by rolling, or through open die forging (with or without subsequent rolling). We offer slabs with thicknesses up to 580 mm, widths up to 2000 mm, and lengths up to 6000 mm. Dimensions and weights of forged plates are meticulously agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer, ensuring a perfect fit for your needs.
