Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of premium Grade 1 titanium plates.
Our Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it ideal for deep drawing applications. Known for its outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium also resists oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. Its low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio, and superior corrosion resistance make it perfect for harsh chemical environments. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the most ductile and softest, with excellent cold formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and impact hardness.
Producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, and Finished Plates. Suppliers of ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Coils, Pure Titanium Gr 1 Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, and Patterned Plates. Dealers in Gr 1 Titanium Perforated Plates and Sheets in China.
Grade 2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is recognized as the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, offering a blend of high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for various industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate, a commercially pure titanium product, provides an excellent balance of strength and ductility. It has good impact strength, is easily weldable, and boasts superior corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, mildly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, it exhibits excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
With its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for numerous applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, it is the preferred alloy for most industrial applications requiring good ductility and corrosion resistance.
