At Daxun, we conduct comprehensive quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These rigorous evaluations ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet the strictest requirements. We measure diameter, thickness, and surface quality throughout the production process. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special sizes taking 15-20 days.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is renowned for its softness and extraordinary ductility. It excels in cold forming, boasts excellent corrosion resistance, superb welding properties, and high impact toughness.
Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 1 Tube stands out as one of the softest and most ductile forms of titanium, offering superb formability. It is predominantly used in the maritime and chemical industries, where components endure extremely harsh conditions. With an ultimate tensile strength of 35 KSI (240 MPa) minimum and yield strength ranging from 25 to 45 KSI (170 to 310 MPa), Grade 1 Titanium Tube is also known as TA1 or Titan Grade 1. This non-alloyed, low-strength titanium tube is ideal for chemical industry applications, heat exchangers, and desalination facilities.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is also perfect for manufacturing exhaust systems, charge air pipes, and water pipes. Available in thicknesses of 1.2 mm and diameters ranging from 51 mm to 102 mm, these tubes provide stability and strength even at elevated exhaust gas temperatures.
Jiangsu Daxun Alloy Co., Ltd. certifies and tests titanium alloy tubes in accordance with ASME SB/ASTM standards B861 and B862. Our testing includes hardness, hydrostatic, eddy current, ultrasonic defect identification, tensile, flattening, expansion, annealing, tempering, and stress relief tests, ensuring the highest quality.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are supplied in the form of hot-rolled or hot-extruded, straightened, machined inside and outside diameters, and surface polished. Our titanium tubes are available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, showcasing our advanced manufacturing capabilities. Each tube undergoes rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure unmatched quality and durability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (agreed on a case-by-case basis between manufacturer and customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (agreed on a case-by-case basis between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are supplied in the form of heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically tested, or ultrasonically tested, depending on the manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (agreed on a case-by-case basis between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in) and wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in, depending on diameter), lengths up to 25000mm. Our pipes are crafted from Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, ideal for engineering and chemical industries. These welded pipes are created from flat rolled material through automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, followed by in-line heat treatment. Each finished pipe undergoes mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and extensive non-destructive testing, including 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Pipes are meticulously packed according to customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
