This speed is supported by a robust system, from production capacity and information flow to logistics and financial management. For instance, our order data is instantly relayed to the logistics system, ensuring seamless integration. Strategically located processing centers near highways, rivers, and seas facilitate efficient scheduling, rapid response, and coordinated storage and transportation. This comprehensive logistics approach guarantees timely completion of all tasks.
Grade 1 titanium plate, known for its lower density and high ductility, is ideal for industries mindful of weight and requiring deep drawing processes. Key sectors utilizing titanium alloys include medical, chemical equipment, and aerospace. The superior strength and corrosion resistance of Grade 1 titanium make it indispensable for marine, chemical processing, and desalination industry applications. Typical uses encompass oil and gas components, reaction and pressure vessels, piping systems, power units, heat exchangers, linings, flue gas desulfurization systems, and numerous other industrial components. Standards commonly adhered to are ASTM B265, ASTM F67, AMS4911, AMS4928, AMS4943, AMS4944, AMS4945, AMS4967, AMS4972.
For Grade 1 Titanium Plates, the cold rolled thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, supplied in either hot rolled or heat treated conditions. The hot rolled thickness spans 4.76 mm to 155 mm, produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. If required, creep flattening serves as a heat treatment to alleviate internal stresses and meet specific flatness criteria. Plates can be provided as cut blanks, i.e., parts with intricate shapes cut from a parent plate. Subsequent processing, whether mechanical or chemical, is tailored to customer requirements.

Our extensive inventory includes alloy titanium plates in Grade 5 (UNS R56400) with thicknesses spanning from 0.5mm to 300mm. Plates from 0.5mm-6.0mm are cold rolled, 6.0-50mm are hot rolled, and those above 50mm are forged. Grade 5 titanium plate (Ti-6Al-4V) is known as the 'workhorse' of titanium alloys, combining unmatched strength, ductility, corrosion resistance, and temperature resilience, making it indispensable for general and military industries. Compliant with standards like ASTE, ASME, AMS, GB, GJB, MIL, JIS, EN, and more.
Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 Titanium Plates are extensively utilized in aerospace, military sectors, power industry, vehicle armor, precision rocket guidance components, marine applications, and more.
Grade 1
DAXUN Alloys stands as a preeminent global producer and supplier of superior-quality Grade 1 titanium plates, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
Our Pure Grade 1 titanium plates exhibit exceptional ductility and cold formability, making them ideal for deep drawing applications. Grade 1 titanium is celebrated for its superb general and seawater corrosion resistance, as well as its resilience against oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. With a low density-approximately half that of nickel-based alloys-high strength-to-weight ratio, and formidable corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium is perfect for various harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, offering excellent weldability, cold formability, and impact hardness.
Producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Plates, Sheets, and Coils, DAXUN offers an extensive range of titanium products including hot rolled and cold rolled plates, patterned and perforated plates, and more. As leading manufacturers in China, we provide high-quality Titanium Gr 1 finished plates, coils, and sheets to meet diverse industry needs.
Grade 2
DAXUN manufactures and stocks commercially pure Grade 2 titanium plates (UNS R50400) in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. This 'workhorse' of commercially pure titanium offers a blend of strength, ductility, and superior corrosion resistance, making it a top choice for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) offers a harmonious balance of strength and ductility, with excellent impact strength, weldability, and corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also withstands the corrosive effects of seawater and salt solutions efficiently.
With its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and exceptional corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for a multitude of applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. Its melting point of 1660°C makes it a preferred material for industrial applications requiring robust ductility and corrosion resistance.
