We maintain an extensive inventory of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
Daxun Alloy, a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, delivers top-tier Grade 5 titanium pipes worldwide, earning high praise across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) ranks as the most widely used titanium alloy tube, representing over 50% of global titanium utilization. Typically used in the annealed state, it withstands operating temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is compatible with matching or ELI filler wire for welding. This alloy boasts significantly higher strength than commercial pure titanium tubes, along with enhanced stiffness and thermal properties, excluding thermal conductivity, which is about 60% lower than CP titanium. Among its many benefits, it is heat-treatable for achieving optimal strength and performance. The advantages of Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes include excellent formability, low density, and superior corrosion resistance.
This exceptional grade embodies the perfect synergy of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it indispensable in diverse sectors. It finds extensive application in military aircraft, the aviation industry, rocket components, precision-guided systems, armor parts, marine equipment, and military vacuum apparatus. Additionally, a close variant, 6-4ELI, is the material of choice for surgical implants. Designed for applications up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness under cold working conditions. Renowned for its excellent specific strength, this alloy is typically supplied in an annealed state but can be heat-treated to boost strength for a myriad of uses. As a versatile titanium alloy, the Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube boasts a remarkable range of properties at temperatures spanning -210°C to 400°C. Notably, the Grade 5 titanium alloy tube stands as the most commercialized among titanium alloys, combining unmatched strength and toughness with superb welding and processing characteristics.
