DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family. It combines high tensile strength, superior ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance for a broad spectrum of industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate that strikes an excellent balance between strength and ductility. With good impact strength, ease of welding, and superior corrosion resistance, it performs exceptionally well in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Furthermore, it exhibits remarkable resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density coupled with its high strength-to-weight ratio and exceptional corrosion resistance make it a premier material across a broad range of applications. It effectively withstands stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. Boasting a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the alloy of choice for most industrial applications demanding excellent ductility and corrosion resistance.
Grade 2 titanium plate, with its lower density, is ideal for applications where weight is a critical factor. Industries such as medical, chemical equipment, and aerospace are prime sectors utilizing titanium alloys. Its strength and corrosion resistance make it perfect for applications in marine, chemical processing, and desalination industries. Typical uses for Grade 2 titanium alloys include oil and gas components, reaction and pressure vessels, piping systems, power generation, heat exchangers, linings, flue gas desulfurization systems, and numerous other industrial components. Common standards include ASTM B265, ASTM F67, AMS4911, AMS4928, AMS4943, AMS4944, AMS4945, AMS4967, and AMS4972.
Daxun ensures product suitability for required applications through rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. Throughout the production process, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface of our products. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size products delivered within 15-20 days.
Titanium Grade 2 Plates are available in cold rolled thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm and hot rolled thicknesses from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are supplied in hot rolled or heat treated conditions and are produced by longitudinal and transverse rolling. If necessary, creep flattening can be applied as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements. Plates can also be supplied in cut blank form, allowing parts with complex shapes to be cut from a parent plate. Further processing, whether mechanical or chemical, is customized to the customer's requirements.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a foremost global producer and supplier of top-tier Grade 1 titanium plates.
Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium plates boast excellent ductility and cold formability, making them ideal for deep drawing. Grade 1 titanium is celebrated for its exceptional resistance to general and seawater corrosion, as well as its resistance to oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. Its low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), combined with a high strength-to-weight ratio and superior corrosion resistance, makes it an excellent choice for a variety of harsh chemical conditions. Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile of the commercially pure grades, with excellent cold formability, weldability, and impact hardness.
DAXUN offers ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Plates, including Titanium Grade 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. We are leading suppliers and manufacturers in China of Grade 1 titanium sheets and plates.
Grade 2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) ranging in thickness from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, offering an optimal balance of high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate known for its superb balance of strength and ductility. It provides excellent impact strength and is easily weldable, with strong resistance to corrosion in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Furthermore, it shows excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it indispensable for a wide range of applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate is particularly effective in resisting stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, it is the alloy of choice for most industrial applications requiring good ductility and corrosion resistance.
