Advanced Production

The cold rolled thickness range for Grade 1 Titanium Plates spans from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, while the hot rolled range extends from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are supplied in hot rolled or heat treated conditions, produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. Creep flattening can be employed as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet specific flatness requirements. Plates can also be provided as cut blanks with complex shapes, tailored to customer requirements through mechanical or chemical processing.
