State-of-the-Art Production

Titanium Grade 2 Plates come in cold rolled thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and hot rolled thicknesses from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates, available in hot rolled or heat-treated conditions, are produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. When necessary, creep flattening is employed as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and achieve special flatness requirements. Plates can be supplied as cut blanks, with complex shapes derived from parent plates, and further processing tailored to customer specifications, whether mechanical or chemical.
