Daxun performs rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These comprehensive tests ensure that the Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Grade 1 Titanium Seamless Pipe materials meet all required application standards. During production, the diameter, thickness, and surface of the products are meticulously measured. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size products delivered within 15-20 days.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is renowned for being the softest form of titanium, possessing the highest ductility. It exhibits superb cold forming characteristics, excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding welding properties, and high impact toughness.
Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 1 Tube is one of the softest and most ductile types, offering excellent formability. It is primarily used in maritime and chemical industries where components are exposed to extremely harsh conditions. The ultimate tensile strength of SB 338 Gr 1 Tube is a minimum of 35 KSI (240 MPa), while the yield strength (0.2% offset) ranges from 25 to 45 KSI (170 to 310 MPa). Ti Cp Grade 1 Seamless Tube, also known as TA1, Titan Grade 1, and Gr 1, is a non-alloyed, low-strength titanium tube with low oxygen concentration and excellent formability, used in chemical industries, heat exchangers, and desalination facilities.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is also ideally suited for manufacturing exhaust systems, charge air pipes, and water pipes. We offer Titanium Tubes with a thickness of 1.2 mm and diameters ranging from 51 mm to 102 mm, which are the most common sizes for exhaust systems. These tubes remain stable and strong even at higher exhaust gas temperatures.
Daxun certifies and tests titanium alloy tubes in accordance with ASME SB/ASTM, B861, and B862 standards, including hardness testing, hydrostatic testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic defect identification, tensile testing, flattening, expansion testing, annealing, tempering, and stress relief processes.
