Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a premier global producer and supplier of superior Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it the material of choice for deep drawing applications. Renowned for its outstanding resistance to general and seawater corrosion, as well as its resilience to oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media (solutions), including chlorides. With its low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio, and superior corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium is ideally suited for a multitude of challenging chemical environments. This commercially pure titanium grade is the softest and most ductile, offering excellent cold formability, exceptional weldability, and impressive impact hardness, making it highly versatile.
Leading Manufacturers and Suppliers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Grade 1 Coil, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, and Perforated Plates in China.
We pride ourselves on providing customers with prompt and efficient delivery of Grade 1 titanium plate products. Our speed is backed by a well-coordinated system that integrates production capacity, information flow, logistics, and capital flow. For instance, in terms of information flow, Daxun's order data is transmitted to the logistics system in real time, ensuring seamless connectivity. On the logistics front, our processing center's strategic location near highways, rivers, and seas enables optimal scheduling, rapid response, and efficient storage and transportation, guaranteeing timely task completion.
Grade 1 titanium plate, with its low density and high ductility, is perfect for industries prioritizing weight management and deep drawing processes. Key sectors include medical, chemical equipment, and aerospace. Its strength and corrosion resistance make it indispensable for marine, chemical processing, and desalination applications. Typical uses of Grade 1 titanium alloys encompass oil and gas components, reaction and pressure vessels, piping systems, power generation, heat exchangers, linings, flue gas desulfurization systems, and numerous other industrial components. Standard specifications: ASTM B265, ASTM F67, AMS4911, AMS4928, AMS4943, AMS4944, AMS4945, AMS4967, AMS4972
Our Grade 1 Titanium Plates come in cold rolled thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and hot rolled thicknesses from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are available in both hot rolled or heat-treated conditions. Produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling, they can undergo creep flattening as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet specific flatness criteria. Plates can be supplied as cut blanks, i.e., intricately shaped parts derived from a parent plate. Further processing is tailored to customer requirements, whether mechanical or chemical.
