Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These exceptional titanium tubes are supplied as hot-rolled or hot-extruded, then straightened, machined to precise internal and external diameters, and meticulously surface polished. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure the highest quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm and 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (adjustable based on manufacturer-customer agreements). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness between 7mm and 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (adjustable based on manufacturer-customer agreements).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are provided in a heat-treated state, with surface etching, hydrostatic testing, or ultrasonic testing as required by the manufacturing specifications. Available dimensions include: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness between 0.5mm and 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (adjustable based on manufacturer-customer agreements).

Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes with diameters starting from 100 mm, wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm, and lengths up to 25000 mm. These pipes, suitable for the engineering and chemical industries, are crafted from Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 7 titanium alloys. The pipes are produced from flat-rolled raw materials using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, followed by on-line heat treatment. Post-production, the pipes are subjected to rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, comprehensive ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Our adherence to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards ensures the production of high-quality thin-wall welded pipes, carefully packed to meet customer specifications.
