Daxun performs several quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness tests, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Seamless Pipe materials are fit for their intended applications. During production, we measure the diameter, thickness, and surface of the products. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, while special size products have a delivery time of 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy. It combines high strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, etc.
Daxun Alloy, a leading titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, provides premium Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, gaining accolades from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used of all titanium alloy tubes, representing over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it can operate up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire and has significantly higher strength than commercial pure titanium tubes. It also offers better stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity), although its thermal conductivity is about 60% lower than CP titanium. Among its advantages are its heat treatability, which achieves ideal strength and performance, excellent formability, low density, and outstanding corrosion resistance.
Grade 5 Titanium Alloy stands as the pinnacle of engineering materials, offering an impeccable fusion of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Its unparalleled qualities make it indispensable in critical sectors such as military aviation, ***ering, precision-guided systems, armor manufacturing, naval equipment, and military vacuum technology. The closely related 6-4ELI variant is also a staple in surgical implants, providing enhanced ductility and toughness in cold working conditions, specifically up to 400°C. This alloy boasts exceptional specific strength and is typically supplied in its annealed state, allowing easy heat treatment to further amplify its strength for diverse applications. Ti 6Al-4V Titanium Seamless Tubes are renowned for their versatility, maintaining ideal properties within a temperature range of -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, the most commercialized among titanium alloys, combine high strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics, making them a general-purpose solution for various engineering needs.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes, followed by precision straightening, and machining of both inner and outer diameters. They are then surface-polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes benefit from our company's advanced 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, lengths up to 5000mm, tailored on a case-by-case basis between the manufacturer and the client. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, lengths up to 3000mm, customized as per the agreement between the manufacturer and the customer.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are provided in heat-treated form, with surfaces etched, and rigorously tested hydrostatically or ultrasonically, adhering to stringent manufacturing specifications. Tube dimensions: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, with lengths reaching up to 6000mm, to be finalized between the manufacturer and the client.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun proudly manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness spanning 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths extending up to 25000 mm. Our electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes are ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Fabricated from flat-rolled raw material via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, these pipes are heat-treated inline. Each finished titanium welded pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, comprehensive 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and either pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. We ensure packaging meets customer specifications. Our meticulous manufacturing processes and state-of-the-art inspection test equipment guarantee that our thin wall welded pipes conform to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
