Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, offering excellent cold formability, superb corrosion resistance, impressive weldability, and notable impact hardness.
Leading ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate Producers, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, High-Quality Titanium Gr 1 Finished Plates, Renowned ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Coil Suppliers, Pure Titanium Gr 1 Hot Rolled Plates Specialists, Top-Notch Titanium Gr 1 Cold Rolled Plates, Premium Titanium ASTM B265 Gr 1 Sheets, Gr 1 Titanium Patterned Plates Dealers, Titanium Gr 1 Perforated Plates Experts, and Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates Manufacturers in China.
We ensure the swift and timely delivery of Grade 1 titanium plate products to our customers. This efficiency is supported by a robust system encompassing production capacity, information flow, logistics, and capital flow. For instance, Daxun's order data is seamlessly pushed to the logistics system in real-time, ensuring smooth integration. Our logistics operations benefit from strategically located processing centers near highways, rivers, and seas, enabling efficient scheduling, rapid response, and effective storage and transportation linkages. This comprehensive approach guarantees on-time task completion.
Grade 1 titanium plate, characterized by its low density and superior ductility, is ideal for industries paying close attention to weight and requiring deep drawing processes. Key industries include medical, chemical equipment, and aerospace. The exceptional strength and corrosion resistance of Grade 1 titanium plate also make it an excellent choice for marine, chemical processing, and desalination sectors. Typical applications span oil and gas components, reaction and pressure vessels, piping systems, power generation, heat exchangers, linings, flue gas desulfurization systems, and numerous other industrial components. Common standards: ASTM B265, ASTM F67, AMS4911, AMS4928, AMS4943, AMS4944, AMS4945, AMS4967, AMS4972.
The cold rolled thickness range for Grade 1 Titanium Plates is 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, provided in hot rolled or heat-treated conditions. The hot rolled thickness range extends from 4.76 mm to 155 mm, produced via longitudinal and transverse rolling. If needed, creep flattening can be employed as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet specific flatness requirements. The plates are available as cut blanks, allowing for parts with complex shapes to be cut from a parent plate. Further processing, depending on customer specifications, can be either mechanical or chemical.
