Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our high-quality titanium tubes are meticulously manufactured using advanced hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. Each tube is straightened, machined to precise inside and outside diameters, and surface polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, every tube undergoes 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure ultimate reliability and performance.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Ranging from an outer diameter of 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness of 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customizable per agreement); Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Outer diameter from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness of 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customizable per agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched forms, and undergo stringent hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as per manufacturing specifications. Product range: Outer diameter from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness of 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customizable per agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun is a leader in the production and supply of titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 100 mm. Wall thickness spans from 0.4 to 1.65 mm and lengths extend up to 25000 mm. Our titanium welded pipes, made from flat-rolled raw material via advanced tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and subsequent heat treatment, meet stringent ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. These pipes undergo comprehensive mechanical tests, geometrical measurements, ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and either pneumatic or hydrostatic tests. Custom packaging options are available to meet customer specifications.
Thanks to its high palladium content, Titanium Grade 7 boasts exceptional corrosion resistance. It is particularly impervious to saltwater environments and chloride media, and also demonstrates remarkable resilience against erosion and impacts.
