Grade 5 titanium tubes are renowned for their versatility and are extensively utilized in a myriad of industries that demand resilience under extreme corrosive conditions:
At Jiangsu Daxun Alloy Co., Ltd., we implement rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness tests, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These stringent evaluations ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet application requirements. During production, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface of each product. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size products delivered within 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy. It boasts high strength and toughness, offering excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell a wide range of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless, Forged Seamless, and Welded Tubes.
As a premier manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers top-tier Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning acclaim across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used titanium alloy, comprising over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically annealed, it operates up to 400°C (750°F) and is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. Ti 6Al/4V offers significantly higher strength compared to commercially pure titanium, along with improved stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). Its thermal conductivity is approximately 60% lower than CP titanium. Heat treatment enhances its strength and performance, offering strong formability, low density, and superior corrosion resistance.
This grade perfectly combines strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it ideal for military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and more. Its close variant, 6-4 ELI, is also employed in surgical implants. Used in applications up to 400°C, it improves ductility and toughness in cold working conditions and boasts excellent specific strength. Provided in the annealed state, it is easily heat-treated to enhance strength for various applications. As a general-purpose titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube offers a broad spectrum of ideal properties at temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C, being the most commercialized of all titanium alloys.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our tubes are meticulously crafted, available in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms. Each tube is straightened, with machined inside and outside diameters, and surface-polished to perfection. Choose from heat-treated or non-heat-treated options. Benefit from our 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, ensuring unparalleled quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (custom specifications available upon agreement). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (custom specifications available upon agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are expertly heat-treated, surface-etched, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing according to manufacturing standards. Available specifications: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness between 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (custom specifications available upon agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun provides top-tier titanium pipes, diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 to 1.5 inches), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 to 0.065 inches, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000mm. Our pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, ensuring the highest quality for engineering and chemical industries. Our process involves crafting these pipes from flat rolled raw material (kelp) using automated tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat treatment. Each pipe is subjected to mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and comprehensive 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. We package according to customer specifications, guaranteeing satisfaction and compliance with rigorous industry standards.
