At Daxun, we ensure top-tier quality with rigorous tests including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance, mechanical, hardness, and material positive identification tests. Our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes undergo precise diameter, thickness, and surface measurements during production. Standard delivery is within 5-7 days, with special sizes delivered in 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes are renowned for their commercial availability, combining high strength and toughness. They also offer superior welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a leading manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy offers world-class Grade 5 titanium pipes, widely acclaimed in numerous projects globally.
Ti 6Al-4V, also known as Grade 5 Titanium, is the most widely used titanium alloy, accounting for over 50% of titanium applications. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V offers significantly higher strength and better stiffness compared to commercial pure titanium tubes, though its thermal conductivity is about 60% lower. Heat treatable for improved strength and performance, it boasts strong formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This versatile grade combines strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it ideal for military aircraft, rockets, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, and vacuum equipment. It is also used in surgical implants as 6-4ELI. Effective up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness in cold conditions and is readily heat-treatable. Offering a wide range of ideal properties from -210°C to 400°C, Grade 5 titanium alloy tubes are highly commercialized for their high strength and toughness, as well as excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. These tubes undergo precision straightening and machining for both internal and external diameters, followed by surface polishing. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, each tube is subject to rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unparalleled quality and reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Specifications include outer diameters (OD) ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thicknesses from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. For hot-extruded titanium tubes, ODs span from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm. All dimensions and requirements are customizable upon mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the customer.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are provided heat-treated and surface-etched, with optional hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing to meet stringent manufacturing specifications. Supplied sizes include ODs from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm. Each order is customized to the exact requirements agreed upon by the manufacturer and the customer.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing and supplying titanium welded pipes in diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), with wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in), and lengths up to 25000mm. These pipes, available in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, are ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Starting from flat-rolled raw materials, our pipes are crafted using state-of-the-art automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, followed by in-line heat treatment. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, and comprehensive 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, along with pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaged to meet customer specifications, our welded pipes strictly adhere to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, ensuring the highest quality.
