Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a distinguished global producer and supplier of top-tier Grade 1 titanium plates.
Our Pure Grade 1 titanium plates boast excellent ductility and cold formability, making them ideal for deep drawing applications. Renowned for its superior general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium resists oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. With a low density (about half that of nickel-based alloys) and a high strength-to-weight ratio, it's an outstanding choice for challenging chemical environments. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile variant, offering excellent cold formability, weldability, and impact hardness.
We are leading producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, offering a wide array of products including Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled and Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and much more. All our products are manufactured in China, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Grade 2
DAXUN excels in producing and stocking commercially pure titanium plates of Grade 2 (UNS R50400) with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400), considered the 'workhorse' of commercially pure titanium, offers an excellent combination of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance, suitable for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate that harmonizes strength and ductility. It excels with high impact strength and ease of welding. It provides robust corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing atmospheres, and wet ***. Moreover, it offers outstanding resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
With its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and exceptional corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for a broad range of applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions up to 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, it remains the preferred alloy for industrial applications demanding excellent ductility and corrosion resistance.
