Key benefits include excellent comprehensive and process performance, exceptional room temperature and high temperature strength, and remarkable resistance to fatigue and *** growth in seawater. It also offers excellent process plasticity and superplasticity, suitable for various processing methods and welding techniques.

Corrosion Resistance

Our Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr5 titanium plates offer exceptional resistance to seawater and marine atmospheric corrosion. While the four C.P. grades exhibit similar corrosion resistance, their mechanical properties differ based on oxygen and iron content. These grades resist wet chlorides, metal chlorides, chlorite and hypochlorite solutions, nitric and chromic acids, organic acids, and many industrial gases.

1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Our cold-rolled titanium plates undergo a meticulous plate rolling process with a final cold rolling step. These sheets are available in work-hardened or heat-treated conditions, ensuring superior quality and durability. Whether your needs require mechanical or chemical processing, we can customize further processing to meet your precise specifications. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Crafted through precise longitudinal or combined longitudinal and transverse rolling, our hot-rolled titanium plates range in thickness from 3.0mm to 155mm and are supplied in a heat-treated state. For optimal performance, creep flattening can be applied as an additional heat treatment to eliminate internal stresses and fulfill special flatness requirements. We also offer cut blanks, which are complex shaped parts tailored from parent metal, and further processing can be tailored to your unique demands.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Our forged titanium plates are produced by forging steel ingots on vertical hydraulic presses, followed by rolling, open die forging, or a combination of open die forging and rolling. These plates come in standard dimensions-up to 580 mm in thickness, 2000 mm in width, and 6000 mm in length. The exact dimensions and weight of the forged plates are tailored through mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the customer, ensuring precise customization to meet your specific needs.
