These tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes, followed by expert straightening, precision machining of both inside and outside diameters, and exquisite surface polishing. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unparalleled quality.

Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spans 9mm to 30mm, with lengths up to 5000mm (customizable as per manufacturer-customer agreements). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customizable as per manufacturer-customer agreements).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes

Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in the manufacture and supply of titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000 mm. We provide Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes tailored for engineering and chemical industries. Crafted from flat-rolled raw materials and welded using state-of-the-art tungsten inert gas (argon) welding techniques, our titanium welded pipes are heat-treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical testing, geometric measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Titanium Grade 9, often referred to as 'half 6-4', is a remarkable alloy composed of 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. It offers an impressive 20 to 50% increase in mechanical strength compared tocommercially pure (CP)titanium grades. It is also more formable and weldable than Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), ensuring a balance between strength and workability.
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors the characteristics of Grade 9 but boasts an additional 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to enhance corrosion resistance. Both Titanium Grades 9 and 18 have a density of 4.48 g/cc, which is less than 60% of steel's density.
This alloy provides excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. The addition of palladium in Titanium Grade 18 further enhances its resistance to corrosion. It stands resilient against oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
