Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes come in meticulously crafted forms such as hot-rolled or hot-extruded. Each tube is straightened, machined both inside and outside the diameters, and polished to a flawless surface. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, we ensure the highest quality with our 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm and 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm, tailored per manufacturer-customer agreements. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness between 7mm and 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm, customized as per mutual consent.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated forms with surface etching. Each tube undergoes hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing per manufacturing specifications. Available dimensions: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, customized per agreements.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing and supplying titanium welded pipes ranging from diameters of 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000mm. Our titanium welded pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards and are ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Made from flat-rolled raw material via automatic tungsten inert gas welding, they undergo rigorous mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, and hydrostatic tests. Each pipe is packaged as per customer specifications.

To anneal Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy, heat the material to 732-816°C (1350-1500°F), hold for 2 hours, then air cool. For intermediate stress relief, heat to 538-649°C (1000-1200°F), hold for 1 hour, then air cool.
Rough forging can commence at 871°C (1600°F) and be completed within 788-843°C (1450-1550°F) to ensure optimal material properties.
Hot working significantly enhances the ductility and overall performance of the material.
Cold working properties are similar to those of austenitic stainless steel. Post-work annealing is advised to restore optimal performance properties.
